Beach Bums

Yesterday was Aidan's first ever trip to the beach. We chilled out on the grass, played in the water and I even went out on a floatie, which is super brave as it floats away with you and I had no control whatsoever. All in all it was a perfect day except that I forgot the camera and so have no pictures. TO make up for that lack here's another picture of my guys

Three Weeks Old

I can't believe he's only 3 weeks old, apart from the fact he looks more like he's 3 months, I can't remember life without him some days.

Mummy and Aidan Time

This is the best way to spend a lazy afternoon. We went to the doctors today and everything is great with both of us, I've lost 28lbs in 2 weeks, seriously I need to get pregnant again and I'll be all skinny before you know it. Notice how Aidan clings to his favourite thing in the world right now, yes that's right my boob!

Are You Bored Yet?

I just love looking at Aidan and actually find myself missing him when he's asleep, so naturally I assume that everyone who reads my blog feels the same and can't wait for the next batch of pictures.

My New Life

It's so weird how quickly my life has changed, I've gone from being an independent working woman to someone who sits on the couch most of the day breastfeeding. It's hard for me to be so housebound and I can't wait until I'm allowed to drive again. I feel fine and don't really have any after effects of the c section but Craig won't let me lift a finger unless it's to look after Aidan. I love my little boy so much that I can't stop taking pictures of him, you can probably tell by the expression on his face what he thinks of his mother's fondness for sticking a camera in his face and blinding him with the flash, oh well he'll get used to it.

A Father's Pride

Craig is already an amazing dad who wants to be involved in everything, even the breastfeeding! I feel so happy when I see him with his son and just how besotted with him he is.

Adele worked mighty hard to bring this sweet joy into the world. He is beautiful. Both Adele and Craig are obviously smitten and Aidan seems to have a very peaceful disposition.

I hope all her family across the pond enjoys the photos, of which there will by many more to come, I'm sure!
