Local Woman Saves Drowning Moron

In today's news the story of brave Summerland resident Jen Dalsin, who risked life and limb to save foolhardy Adele Meadow, who had ventured into the deep end of the pool whilst attending an Aquafit session at the local pool. All had been seemingly fine until the instructor introduced bottles into the program which required the participants to move into slightly deeper water. Having completed 5 minutes of exercises at this depth Adele seemd to be doing fine and all was well until she realised how deep the water had become and started to panic. Her cries for help were quickly answered by Jen who bravely dragged her into the shallower water where her feet could reach the bottom. Luckily no one was injured in the episode, although Adele said later that her pride was a little sore. As a result of the incident the instructor requested that Adele stay behind after class on Thursday to learn some basic techinques should she find herself in trouble again. The instructor later admitted that it had been a difficult session as not only had one of the participants nearly drowned but another member had been particulrily disruptive and had had to be disciplined, this reporter discovered the name of that person, another Summerland resident Amanda Brown. Church members were said to be in shock today at the outrageous behaviour of their beloved church secretary. Hopefully the disruptive element in the class will learn from these events and the next Aquafit session will be slightly less eventful

LOL! It was a pleasure to save your life Adele. :) I couldn't just stand there and watch you drown. :)

Gotta love the late breaking news of Summerland. I'm glad Jen was there to rescue you. :) And on Thursday when he offers me the microphone, I am going to take it.
